Dropshipping
Dropshipping is an e-commerce model where the seller doesn't hold physical inventory of the products they sell. Instead, the seller places an order with a third party, usually a wholesaler or manufacturer, once a customer makes a purchase.
However, the seller handles order fulfillment independently,
including packing and shipping the product directly to the customer.
This allows the seller to avoid maintaining inventory and only purchase products when a sale occurs.
Dropshipping with self-delivery to customers can be an efficient way to run an e-commerce business with reduced operational overhead.
